These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Harbour Light Yoga ("we," "our," or "us"). 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Some classes or services may have additional age restrictions, which will be clearly communicated prior to registration.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

When booking classes through our platform, you agree to follow our booking and cancellation policies. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a refund or credit. No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy at any time, with notice to users.

For workshops, special events, and retreats, specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking and will supersede our general policy. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Health and Safety

Yoga practice involves physical activity. You acknowledge that you are physically and mentally able to participate in yoga classes and related activities. You should consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity, including yoga, particularly if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and to inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe participation may pose a health or safety risk to that individual or others.

6. Payment and Refunds

By purchasing classes, memberships, or other products or services, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be provided at our discretion or in accordance with our refund policy for specific offerings. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

For recurring membership payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, or circulate any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to collect or harvest any personal information from our Services or to use our Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
